This site is published by Sahla Group, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates with its registered office in Dubai.
The trade licence number and the tax registration number of each group entity appear on every invoice it issues, and we send them on request. We publish them here as each entity completes its registration, rather than printing a number that is not yet final.
Group structure
Sahla is a holding and five operating subsidiaries. Each one is licensed and supervised by the authority that governs its activity, which is why the invoice for an insurance policy does not come from the same company as the invoice for a licence application.

Hosting and infrastructure
The site is served through a content delivery network from infrastructure located outside the United Arab Emirates. The application and the client database run on managed cloud infrastructure, with payments processed by Stripe.
Client data covered by the privacy policy is stored separately from the public site, and the rules that apply to it are set out there.

By WhatsApp on the number published across this site, Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. An adviser answers in English, French and Arabic.

Intellectual property
The texts, the visuals, the design and the code of this site belong to Sahla Group. Reproducing them, in whole or in part, requires our written agreement.
The names of the authorities, the free zones and the third party products mentioned on this site belong to their owners, and are used only to describe what we do.
The figures we publish
The government fees, the thresholds and the deadlines published on this site come from the authorities themselves, and we date them when they matter.
They change, sometimes without notice. We update them as soon as we see the change, but the tariff published by the authority is always the one that counts, not ours.
What this site is not
This site is information, not advice. Nothing here is legal advice, tax advice tailored to your situation, or an offer of insurance.
A quote becomes an engagement only once it is signed and paid, and an insurance cover exists only once the insurer has issued the policy.
Complaints
Write to us first, through your account or on WhatsApp. We answer, and most things end there.
If we cannot resolve it, the regulator named for the service concerned in the table above is the one to approach. For a personal data question, that is the UAE Data Office.
Reporting a security issue
If you find a vulnerability on this site or in the application, tell us before telling anyone else. Reach us through the published WhatsApp number and we come back to you.
We do not pursue anyone who reports a problem in good faith and gives us a reasonable time to fix it.
