Week one

Start my company
Sahla advisers reviewing a licence file with a client

Your file is reviewed by the same team that will renew it next year.

This is the software you get on day one.

Not a portal that emails you a PDF. The same screens our own team works in, included with the service rather than sold as a seat.

Watch your licence move, day by day.

No more chasing an agent on WhatsApp for a status. Every step of your file has a state, a date and the person holding it.

  • Trade name, licence, establishment card and visa on one timeline
  • Government fees itemised and receipted, never bundled into a fee
  • Documents e-signed once, reused for the bank file

A free zone gives you 100% foreign ownership and, in many zones, a 0% corporate tax rate on qualifying income, but you trade mainly outside the local market. A Mainland licence lets you sell directly to UAE customers and bid for government work. We recommend based on your activity, nationality and target customers.

No. Zones such as RAKEZ, IFZA and SHAMS allow fully remote incorporation. Everything happens online, including e-signature and document handling. A residence visa is available afterwards if you decide to relocate.

For a standard free zone, 24 to 72 hours once your documents are validated. Mainland DED and regulated zones such as DMCC or DIFC run 5 to 15 working days. We tell you the realistic date before you pay, not the marketing one.

We prepare and submit the full file to Emirates NBD, Mashreq, ADCB or RAK Bank, including for non-resident founders. The bank makes the final decision, so we do not promise an account. We do promise a file that will not be rejected on form.

Your licence and visas renew annually. We track both, file before expiry and flag the government fee ahead of time. If you moved to a monthly accounting plan, tax filings run on the same calendar.

Tell us what you sell. We will tell you what to file.

A free 15 minute call with an adviser who files these every week, not a call centre.
